I visit other forums regularly and when I see something that would benefit from being copied over here I do this.
Here is an appeal for pensioners and interested people to petition the government to treat the nation's senior citizens with much more respect by paying them a decent pension.

I am trying to get as many signatures added to this protest to the government with regards to the lowly state pension offered to the people that built this country and have paid all their lives to a pot that is when paid back insulting to each individual that receives it.
I would ask if you could to send this through yourselves so we can show the government of the day that we will not roll over and die when we reach an age of retirement, as it seems that is what they want us to do.
Please copy and use the link direct to the petition and get as many people you know to sign up, maybe, just maybe with enough signatures by end of July it may make someone sit up and look at the way they treat us.

We REALLY need to come together on this one so that the government can see that we are a force to be reckoned with !
