    And yes, they all DO work as I have tested all of them !

    A reply to my communication with Consumer Focus.

    One of the communication managers of the Consumer-Focus site has kindly answered an e-mail from me about our mutual desire to try to make things better for the British consumers and to that end she sent me a very concise and alphabetised list of help addresses that adds beautifully to the list I have already complied.

    I would like to officially thank that Consumer Focus agent for these addresses as every bit of information we can glean that shows us how and where to complain about consumer abuses is just another arrow to our reparations quiver.
