    The Theresa May disasters.

Post by Angie baby on Sat 17 Jun 2017, 12:11 pm

What with all of the disasters that Theresa May has presided over recently, I cannot understand why or how she is still in her job. Thatcher was turfed out for much less.

Mind you I do believe that she does have a hard neck and a lot of arrogance in order to keep her going.

I read today that there is a large cabal in the Tory party that are working to get her out

I don't think she can survive much longer.

Yes, Theresa May has had a torrid time of it over the past few months and if so many cockups had happened to an ordinary MP as has happened to her they would be forced out of Westminster PDQ.

As a large number of back-bench Tories are plotting against her, with assistance from a few of her cabinet members I think that she cannot go on for much longer relying on her personal arrogance and hard neck to survive as Prime Minister.

Even the powerful Maggie Thatcher was forced out after enough of her colleagues brought out the long knives.

At the moment nobody wants that job as it is seen as an impossible one to do before the brexit negotiations are completed.

Once done, then she will get the heave.

Yes Zathrus, I think you have hit the nail on the head as nobody in the Tory party, at the moment, wants that job while Brexit is going on.

I bet that Theresa may would give it up tomorrow if she could get out with her reputation intact.

She might be able to give up the job, but that might generate another general election.
