Terror in our shopping malls ?

Post by papa_umau on Tue 03 Mar 2015, 11:46 am

In an article from The Daily Mirror it has been warned that after a 76 minute clip on an Al-Shabaab video was shown, the masked coward threatened shopping malls in all of the free world's countries.

This terrorist with an English accent promised that his group were planning just such attacks.

Well folks, there you have it.

Do you think that we should be worried about this threat or should we just go on with our lives and ignore this maniac ?

We should just carry on with our lives as normal as the disruption that such terrorist threats causes is exactly what they want.

Having said that, there is no doubt that in this day and age of growing extremism we have to be vigilant whenever we do go out and into the shopping malls.

Yes, terror tactics work best when they keep us in fear of what is going to happen, in fact it is the terrorists greatest weapon.

It may actually happen, but even if it does there is no reason for us to alter our ways of living to suit these barbarians.

Having been involved in a bomb incident many years ago (the Ideal Home Exhibition one), I still feel that ignoring the threats is the best way forward. Panicking and running around like headless chickens is exactly what these terrorist groups want us to do, it makes them feel powerful. It's a psychological ploy to make us feel afraid; I ain't going there!

I would like to think that even if they - unlike yourself HG - have not had experience of being a bomb victim, they will just remain as stoic as the Brits are famous for.

We REALLY cannot let these animals interfere with our everyday living in the free world.
