    Massacre in Syria.

Post by Angie baby on Sun 25 Aug 2013, 1:12 pm

When I saw the pictures of rows of bodies of little children taken in a Syrian hospital after the alleged nerve-gas attack by the Syrian army I was close to crying.

Being a teacher I could see the innocent faces of my kids looking up at me when I saw the faces of those dead children.

Awful, just awful.Crying or Very sad

Then I thought about who and why.

I came to the conclusion that because of the past awful deeds of the Islamic Jehadis, that can be found in the throngs of the Islamic Brotherhood, I was thinking that I would not put it past them to poison their own people in order to get more converts and public opinion towards their particular kind of destructive madness in the name of Allah.

What do you folks think about this ?

If they would only let the inspection team get in, sooner rather than later, we would know for sure. So we have to assume they are killing their own people. I think the out come going to be a few rockets going in to level out the playing field

Yes folks, as I said HERE I can see the quandry that is in the minds of the Western world over this serious problem.

The point about the "inspection team" is that by the time that they are allowed to get in and take samples, much if not all, of the alleged "gas" that was used will have dissipated.

Even after any such visit it would be difficult to put the blame on any particular side of this conflict.

Yes, if it truly is nerve-gas that has been used the question is going to have to be asked about where did either of these factions get their hands on weaponised Sarin or other hi-tech nerve gasses.

I guess if they have the money, they will be able to buy nerve gas and the means to deploy it from just about anywhere.

That goes for terrorists just as much as state armies.

Thanks for all your responses guys.

It looks as if America is now going to have a "special relationship" with France after this, instead of with Britain.

I just hope that any action that might come from the West stops the killing of innocents as it is always the innocents that suffer in war and in civil wars like this one in particular.

The French people so I hear are not happy about the invasions of Syria. I have no idea how the problem of Syria can be sorted. If the rebels win just who will be in charge? and will the country become a Islamic strong hold. A very worrying situation.

Yes Hughh, as has already been highlighted HERE, most of these wars are based on the hatred between the Sunny and the Shiite sects and as happened in Iraq and in Afghanistan, whenever we get rid of one military regime another even more religiously bunch of extremists always fills the religious vacuum that is left.

The long term goal of the Iranians - in particular - is to turn the whole of the Middle East into one large Sharia-law state where all of the laws will then be based on Islamic Sharia law and not on civil or secular law.

THEN we will see atrocities that we have never seen the likes of before.

Yes Islamic extremist are trying to take over the world. Not in my life time but it will happen in UK they are gaining in strength all the time. An Indian who lives up the road from me was complaining to me about the number of Muslim churches being built in Mansfield. Their bibles state all none believer should be killed as such these mosques should be banned. Couldn't agree more but this countries far to soft.

I think there has to come a time when the free world are going to really resist the growth of countries that are ruled by religion and when that day arises we will see a fight like was only last seen in the old crusades.

As a non-believer I say let them get on with it as long as the innocents are protected.

When you see the growth in Muslims population in this country and the number of mosque being built its only a matter of time before we have real problems in this country.

Syria real head ache just how many, if any of the rebel are Al Qaeda. Punish because of the chemical attack and could end up with an Al Qaeda strong hold.

Don't get me wrong Hughh, as I am not denigrating all Muslims as many, even most, Muslims are peace-loving moderates who just want to get on with their lives.

The ones that are dangerous are the fundamentalists and the Muslim activists who take the writings in the Quoran and twist them all out of shape for their own ends.

Amongst these are the Jehadists, the Al-Quaeda members and the very fundamentalist Taliban.

It is always the activists that are the hard-liners in any kind of a regime and sadly I think that the hard-liners in Islam have the control over Islamic world policy.

Yes but you try and build a Christian church in a Muslim country and see what happens. In this country we change the laws to keep them happy. There may be only a fraction of extremist among them but that fraction growing all the time.

Yes Hughh, and we should always be immensely proud of that fact as while we give all "other" religions a free ability and right to practice in our democratic Britain we do not want to behave like the closed minded extremists in the likes of Iran.

I guess that that is probably the main reason why The West is called the "Free West".
