Having recently joined here I was looking for a thread regarding tips tweaks or problems with the website and couldn't find one. Sooo.....
So far I'm impressed and have been happily reading through the threads, however I have a problem that although it may be local to me, may in fact be general ie Firefox, my browser of preference, finds the site very hard going and struggles. mouse action and general response is agonisingly slow. Internet explorer 6 is ok though. I have no problems with Firefox elsewhere only on here.

I raise the point because Internet explorer is incredibly unsafe as browsers go and Firefox much more secure. It is my preferred browser and I suspect preferred by many otheres not to mention the Linux community.
I don't know if there are any tweaks you can apply to improve perfomance for Firefox but at least you are forewarned..
